Skimmed Milk Powder is produced through the dehydration of fresh skimmed milk., The SMP has a low-fat content with a clean taste and excellent solubility. you can choose from medium heat and low heat both with minimum protein of 34%. Creating a clean dairy milk taste with consistent composition and quality.

Demineralised Whey Powder is manufactured from the finest quality fresh whey. It is clarified and defatted before demineralisation and prior to evaporation and spray drying. Low mineral content Demineralisation can be completed to varying levels 40%, 70% and 90 % demineralised.

Sweet Whey Powder is manufactured from the finest quality cheese whey or acid casein whey. Having protein levels between 11% and 12%.

Fat Filled Milk Powder is manufactured by combining top quality skimmed milk powder with specifically prepared vegetable oils to produce a spray dried milk powder. To do so, coconut and palm oil are used in amounts between 26% and 50%. Fat filled milk powders partially or totally replace the whole milk powder and reduce the product formulation costs.
